Terms of Service
I take payments through Paypal (invoice), Ko-Fi, Venmo, or Stripe!
Will Draw
- Any animal (real or mythical)
- Light mechanical parts
- Heavy gore/regular gore
- Feral (SFW ONLY)/Anthro/Human characters
- NSFW (must be 18+)Will NOT Draw
- Drug/Substance abuse
- Self harm or suicide
- Heavy mecha parts

general information
- Clients must be at least 13 years old to commission SFW art from me. Clients must be 18 years or older (with valid ID for proof) to commission any form of NSFW art from me.
- Pricing shown here is subject to change depending on character complexity.
- I have the right to decline a commission for ANY reason.
- You may not trace my work. You may use my art as reference with credit.
- I own all rights to the work I create.
- You may not use my work in AI, to train AI, or in any other AI model or software. You may not use my art for crypto, NFTs or any blockchain technology.
- I am comfortable doing private commissions. This needs to be mentioned upfront/asap.
Payments and refunds
- I'm flexible with my payments. I allow 3 different payment ways; 100% upfront, 100% after an approved sketch, or 50% upfront and 50% after an approved sketch. I will NOT do any form of payment after the work is completed.
- Payments are preferred through PayPal via invoices, but I can also take Ko-Fi, Venmo or Stripe as alternatives if needed. Payments will be done with USD.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, if an invoice is not paid within 24 hours the commission will be cancelled.
- Refunds will only be given if I am completely unable to finish a commission or if a commission is not started.
- Payments plans are completely okay. They are preferred for purchases over $100. No strict plan for these, they are determined case-by-case.
Client permissions
- Clients may NOT use any commissioned or non-commissioned work I do for commercial/retail/resale (stickers, shirts, etc.). I do not offer commercial rights for my work at this time.
- Clients MAY use their commissioned work for personal stickers, shirts, etc. as long as they are not selling the products.
Turnaround times and edits
- My art takes time. Please allow a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 6 months waiting time. Some commissions may take longer than others but I will do my absolute best to keep you in the loop with how long something may take.
- I allow any amount of edits during the sketch stage. Once a sketch is agreed upon and there needs to be something changed I will require a fee. Depending on how big the edit is determines how much the fee will be.
- I will not replicate another artists style. I will however, replicate the style of a certain show or movie.
